Long ago, before memory, before time had a name, the cosmos was fragmented—a patchwork of isolated Universes, each thriving on its own .
As the threads of existence stretched and pulled, the distance between these realms began to shrink. Then came the day all of creation feared—when the Universes were destined to collide. Something happened that was fortuitous beyond anyone's belief; the annihilation never arrived. Instead, fate twisted its fingers, and the Multiverse was woven into a single interstellar loop.
"The Great Merge", the mortals called it, thus marked the beginning of the celestial years....
However, it didn't end there, moments after The Great Merge, the Gods who once wove the entire Existence and were in a slumber to regulate the Multiverse were awakened due to the huge outburst of the energy.
Many chose to return to slumber, becoming guardians of balance. But some... craved more. More power. More reverence. More fun.
And so they descended into the realm of mortals, not as saviors, but as devourers.
The poor mortals could do nothing but tremble before them and beg for their puny lives .
They were no longer the gods but Demons who thrived on chaos and called themselves Eclipsion.
But even in the darkest tunnel, there's a ray of light at the end, the ray of hope that makes one move forward.
After the Merge, mortals awakened something within—an innate power that let them channel, manipulate, and eventually merge the very mana the universe was built from. This force became known as the Core.
Those who mastered it became mortal's sword and so, the war erupted. A thousand years of fire and fury. But mortals endured. And when the dust settled, the Eclipsion vanished into myth.
Peace returned. The Multiverse Order was formed.
The heroes who fought were named warriors and the ones who defeated the demons were hailed as Ascendants. Their bloodline were called prestigious families, and it was evident that the prestigious families' powers were different and were out of the league when compared with others due to their unique and better skills.
The peace returned and everything was happy afterwards....or was it?
The Eclipsion was put to sleep.
But they are not gone.
And this time, the Core alone might not be enough. They thought the chaos had ended.
But stars have a habit of repeating their stories—
And the next one is about to begin.
