But the several monarchs present all understood what was left unsaid: unless the Senro Tribe successfully advanced their civilization, at which point the Karma Monarch would truly ascend to the Quasi-Transcendent Level!
And even if the Godspeed Golden Eagle was formidable, it would not be able to withstand a Supreme Sovereign at the Quasi-Transcendent Level.
