The doctor did as he was ordered, mirroring Haruki's relaxed countenance. He opened the wine with quick movements and a pop filled the air before the sound of pouring liquid filled the air.
The man watched everything happen as though he had not just intruded into someone's house. He gave no response to the question Haruki had asked him.
"Do you want a glass?" Haruki asked leisurely when he tasted the wine from the glass. He was good at masking his emotions or he would have exposed the bit of fear crawling up into his thoughts. If the man had gotten to the penthouse when the building was usually very secure whenever he stayed over.
There was no way he would have come this far into the building without being noticed by his guards. He could enter the house as quietly as a ghost.
"I don't mind," the man finally spoke when Haruki decided to ignore him and finish his dinner.
"Send one of your men to get it," Haruki ordered carefreely as he gestured for the doctor to sit.
