After spending some alone time with Stella in her favorite field of flowers, Rune returned with her to the festival. Shiro was exhibiting some strange behavior when they got back. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was sticking to Rune's side, following him everywhere he went. He did not understand what was wrong, nor did he feel like she wanted him to ask, but she seemed content just to follow him around, so he let her be. If she was content with just that much, then he did not mind it.
The festivities continued late into the night, with Rune and the girls dancing and feasting and wasting the night away. When they had finally tired themselves out, they returned home to turn in. Rienn and Shiro were given some of the guest rooms to stay in while Stella opted to sleep in Rune's bed with him. Runa, meanwhile, slept with Rune's parents in their bed. He hadn't been returning to visit as often as he should, so it was good for them to get this quality time with their granddaughter.
