Mona blankly stared at the shelf. Her mind was in a haze, but she still somehow remembered what she needed to do. She weakly mumbled, "…the prophecy…"
She stood once again. Gathering a handful of water and gulping it down without a pause anymore. It was as if she already had seen the most shocking truth that nothing would faze her anymore.
Now, her only concern was whether she'd obtain her answers before her bladder exploded.
"What did the prophecy mean?" She asked away.
The water showed the answer in the form of a film again.
Inside the office of the first highest priest, he was standing facing the window, looking out at the blue full moon. Behind him was the third highest priest.
"The execution of Lady Luna Evangeline Vandross will commence three days from now, Your Highest Eminence. I have already sneaked inside her dungeon and drew the summoning circle. I have also oriented the marchioness of what to do and had given her the incantation. But…will it work?"
