Director Han and Dean Xia stayed in the restroom, finished smoking, and felt it was about time. The sensation caused by the announcement of Yang Ping's award had probably cooled down a bit, so they thought it was a good time to go out for some fresh air.
As they sneaked out of the smoking room, they bumped into Yang Ping, who was looking for them.
''Professor Yang?"
Dean Xia and Director Han felt like thieves caught red-handed.
"Call me Xiao Yang, I've told you many times. I just like it when you call me Xiao Yang," Yang Ping corrected their way of addressing him.
''Ah, Xiao Yang, we were just hiding here to smoke a cigarette. How are things outside now? You haven't been drinking a lot, have you?" Director Han asked worriedly.
Yang Ping whispered, "Don't worry, it's all just soft drinks. It all gets filtered out by the kidneys."
