And being honest , after first hearing about this I was not sure . I thought quickly about what I could say . Where to lie . Whether to make something up quickly or tell the truth in such a way that it looks like a lie and then tell a lie that looks like the truth.
There were many thoughts and plans on how to play it out but I didn't have time to think so as not to look suspicious . But then I realized that I could tell a half-truth .This was the safest play . So after a few quick seconds of brainstorming I decided on this approach . However, there may be a question , why not just lie ?
This is because, first of all, half-truths are much easier to believe . Besides , I don't know what abilities these two before me have . My face may be covered but that doesn't mean that they don't have some strange ability to detect lies . If they had this ability or they could somehow read me , then the half-truth will look much better than a lie . And perhaps they can even be fooled by this half-truth .
