Aiden noticed the faint movement beneath the sheet, confirming that Eric was still breathing. That realization left him momentarily puzzled. He wanted to ask why Jonas had staged such a disgusting play, but the words wouldn't come out. Because he knew the person standing before him was not someone he dared to question.
No matter how friendly Jonas acted, Aiden was well aware of his true nature. If anyone dared to cross him, Jonas would crush them without hesitation.

"Aiden, take Abaddon home safely and return to the base immediately," Jonas ordered, then carefully take Eric's unconscious body and leaving the hospital.
