Veris navigates through Ray's mind, delving deep into his past, to his earliest memory. The memory is extremely blurry and altered. The adults appear to be giants, and the room around him is massive.
'It's always strange to see how the mind tampers with memories…' Veris thinks as he watches the memory.
Loud shouts are heard, the words are difficult to understand but it appears to be a couple arguing.
'I can barely understand it all… Fine, I will have to heighten the memory then.' Veris snaps his fingers and Ray's body begins to twitch rapidly as his mind begins to hyperfocus on this memory.
"You can't expect me to stay with you!" The man shouts as the woman flinches back.
"P-please calm down!" The woman pleads.
"Calm down?! You cheated, and you lied to me for four years! That is just a bastard child! Why would I be calm? Screw you and that mistake of a child." The man begins to shout as it weakens to a whisper as a tear rolls down his cheek and he throws open the door.
