Many places in Yun City are not short of big mountains, and among those numerous mountains, some do indeed exist near the city. Entering some small towns through the clouds, you find them after navigating 18 bends from high to low. A road is carved out at the mountain summit, leading down to the base, then descending again from the top. Nobody wastes more energy flattening an entire mountain; only a road is built upon it!
This road has a long history, having evolved from a dirt path to a concrete road, with repairs taking place every year. Yet no investment has been made to flatten the mountains to make passage easier!
