When I got into the kingdom, everyone was surprised to see me arriving with Ivan. Tag'arkh must have done a good job making sure everyone in the kingdom wasn't aware of my absence. I got down from Blue who gave me a look of sympathy. I didn't bother to wait, instead I entered the castle ignoring the questioning gazes my friends gave me.
I walked upstairs to my room and pushed the door open. I met Tag'arkh in one of my dresses and she was carrying Cyril who giggled when she saw me waking her twin brother up. I smiled wearily as I bent down till, I was in eye level with her.
I grinned at her. "Hey Cyril, miss me?"
Cyril answered with soft coos and I smiled at her in response because that was her way of telling her she missed me. Cyril then stretched her hands out to me, she wanted me to carry her. I looked down at my clothes that were stained with small specks of blood, and there was also the fact that I haven't taken a proper bath in davs.
