"You chickened out."
"You chickened out."
"You chickened out, you chickened out, you chickened out, you chickened out, you chickened out."
"..."
As he helped Liu Tingruo along the way to the room, she pouted and made a fuss, repeatedly saying "You chickened out" and "You don't dare," which was so annoying that Jiang Shu felt like hitting someone.
Opening the door, Jiang Shu tossed Liu Tingruo onto the large bed at the center of the room and sat beside her, tilting his head to look at Sister Ruo on the bed.
Liu Tingruo lay on the bed in the shape of a "big" character, staring at the ceiling with wide eyes.
Now she seemed a lot more normal than before, at least there was more clarity in her eyes.
"Jiang Shu, I feel so unreal," Liu Tingruo whispered softly.
"I do too," Jiang Shu nodded. He leaned over to arrange Sister Ruo's hair, scattered across the bed like the radiating seeds of a dandelion.
