I almost ground my teeth when Edward told us that he had been forced to play along with the rumors that he was going to make Emily the pack's new Luna. Moreover, even though Edward had proof that those b*tches were evil, he was still not ready to arrest them immediately,
I protested and he told me to calm down because regardless, they would definitely get the punishment they deserved. But he still needed Emily for something. I sighed, still upset.
I had never said anything mean to Emily or Eve, so I didn't know why they hated me so much to the point that they were willing to spend so much money and effort to orchestrate all of this. In a way, not only had they destroyed my relationship with Alpha, but Emily had almost killed Edward twice and I found that truly intolerable!
It was getting late so Edward had offered to put our little meeting on hold on because I needed enough rest. Alonso and Susanna offered to put him up and he was more than happy to do so.
