Devin was much more attuned to magic than I was at the moment, and he had opinions on how things should be done.
My nausea eased as I sat in Ivan's lap, and I didn't fight him. Not because I didn't want to but because I did. Unfortunately, my unborn pup decided that the best way to keep his mother protected was to make me feel dizzy if I tried getting up. I didn't know what to expect. Sarah had imbued the deck with her magic, which affected how the cards worked. Sometimes, they looked like a traditional tarot deck with much more detail since they were hand-painted. However, other times, the cards looked different from a numbered card or the images you expected. In those moments, you had to read the spread purely on intuition. I hadn't practiced with them much, so all I'd figured out was that each card had three different aspects.
