All those kingdoms already received warnings from the warrior Association. If those kingdoms did not stop contacting those Abyss humans they would face the warrior Association and the allied force of the warrior Association.
More importantly the warrior Association already sent many people inside all those kingdoms who are associated with Abyss humans.
