"Mom, it is not what you think. She is lying," Andreas said when he found the accusing look that mixed with confusion in his mother's eyes.
"I am not thinking of anything. You are a grown-up, I believe that you can differentiate what is right and wrong," the woman tried to hide what she felt by turning away.
"Oh God, I swear, there is nothing like that on my phone. You can check it if you do not believe me," Andreas said as he thrust the phone toward his mother.
The woman looked at the phone for a second before smiling, "I believe that you have nothing like that on your phone. However let me tell you that in this modern era, it is dangerous to take inappropriate pictures of your wife-"
"Mother, please," Andreas quickly cut his mother's advice. He had never raised his voice and cut off his mother's good advice. This might be the first time and all of this was because of the innocent-looking spawn of satan that was pretending to look weak in the hospital bed.
