"So what happened next?" Amon asks looking down on Lisa. He finds Lisa's situation quite interesting.
"Of course, I couldn't run from them. My family's men caught me and brought me back to my grandfather," Lisa says.
"What type of person is your grandfather?" Amon asks.
"He is very strict and cruel. If anyone crosses him, they are as good as dead. But when it comes to family, he cares a lot. He loves me, a lot," Lisa says with a sad tone.
"Hahaha, funny, for someone who you claim to love you, he sure does want you gone, doesn't he?" Amon says.
Lisa feels sad hearing Amon's words but he is not wrong.
"Yes, it's ironic, but that's how our family works. My grandfather knows I won't be treated badly if I am married into this other family, so he sees it as a win-win situation. Gain an alley while also securing my future, but I don't want that," Lisa says.
Amon doesn't speak and lets her continue.
