Before you read further (and potentially gets even more confused), I would like to add explanation and confirm Medea's statement in the previous chapter.
The setting that currently takes place from chapter 594 - "A World Without You" is the result of an altered reality where Ryley used the power to erase his existence and arguably all Enigmas on earth.
For those asking how he did it and why Medea (an Enigma) still exists, stay tune for more hints and answers!

Outside the warehouse, Kimberly furrowed her brows in confusion as she could faintly listen to Medea's words.
"What? Don't tell me you are surprised she's talking nonsense again." Wayne scoffed after halting his movement, tutting and shaking his head while he continued packing some guns and weapons into bags. "She is insane. She has definitely gone mad. Who the hell are Ryley and Rayven anyway? I don't recall she has nephews."
