"Don't be surprised; you might go through this yourself when you climb the ranks," Mi Young chuckled, noticing Joon-won's amazement at her efforts to remain unnoticed. Joon-won could certainly not understand the lengths she was going.
"But still," Joon-won replied thoughtfully, "isn't it exhausting to live like this every day, Sunbae? I mean, it must be hard to walk outside without getting recognized or bothered—and on top of that, worrying about who you're with all the time? It seems like a lot of work to be a top star."
As he spoke, Mi Young removed her oversized sunglasses and wide-brimmed hat, which had offered some cover but also seemed like they would attract even more attention. Joon-won couldn't help but wonder how she managed it all.
