Qin Zhiyou booked this restaurant, a famous landmark building in Yan City, once the tallest in Yan City, located in the financial center.
The financial center is in the most expensive CBD District, overlooking the Yan River, its exterior shaped like a scepter, with a rotating restaurant at the head of the scepter, serving the highest standard French cuisine in Yan City. Many celebrities and politicians host banquets here, and it's never short of marriage proposals or birthday celebrations.
What's splendid is, even though it's in the CBD District, across the river lies an open park. Yan City often holds large events there, all visible from the financial center. Seats by the window, especially on weekends, are usually booked a month in advance. If it wasn't for Qin Zhiyou's reservation, they probably wouldn't have gotten the best view even a month later.
