Shao Zifeng was wrapped in a huge splash of water as he shot out of the ice crystal tunnel, his body flung through the air like a cannonball.

A deer flew in midair, a vine entangled around an ice pillar protruding from the entrance. Just as it was ready to grab Shao Zifeng, a loud noise came from afar, followed by silence.

Shao Zifeng plummeted heavily into the water, the strong impact causing him to lose consciousness as his body, with a trail of bubbles, quickly sank downwards.
In a daze, Shao Zifeng felt cold liquid being sucked into his lungs through his mouth and nose, which jolted him to immediate alertness.
Shao Zifeng made swimming motions with his limbs, but due to the heavy protective suit he wore, he continued to sink.
