"Phew—"
Richard took a deep breath.
"Tap, tap, tap..."
Footsteps arose from the side. As Richard looked over, he saw two people walking out, faces filled with mockery—the Mysterious Organization's Suo Men and Mu Konni.
This was their first formal meeting—he had always been observing them from the shadows before.
The two had clearly not noticed his presence the previous times, thus they now regarded him with the curiosity afforded to a stranger, starting a slow conversation.
"Suo Men, it looks like your method is effective," Mu Konni said, "guarding this place, we indeed caught someone."
"There's a first, there will be a second," Suo Men said, "and with a second, a third will follow. We will find them one by one and kill them all. That way, White Stone City can be a bit cleaner."
As Suo Men was speaking, he turned and spoke slowly, "Kid, you'll be the first person interested in the Black Spirit Empire's books that I'll kill tonight. Prepare yourself..."
