"Wait a moment, Prime Minister Fa," Qin Shao ordered to a cavalryman beside him, then turned to Fa Zheng with a clasped-hand salute.
"Hmm, have you just been reassigned from Xuzhou?" Fa Zheng asked.
Qin Shao didn't reply but glanced at Lul Xun, indicating the presence of an outsider.
