The Lion Scorpion Goddess had reason to be pleased, as originally her foundation in the main plane was vastly inferior to that of Ross, not even in the same league. Despite her all-out effort, she didn't believe she could win.
Her unyielding nature was one reason, more importantly, even in defeat, she wanted to make Ross pay a corresponding price. Unexpectedly, the powerful projection of Ross dissipated, and she survived.
Moreover, she was very aware that for Ross to release the projection again, it would either take a long time to condense or it would consume his own origin. Either way, she would not be able to affect the main plane's situation for at least a short time.
And yet, she still existed. Although presently very weak, given time, when Ross made a comeback, she would definitely surprise him.
Now she was completely immersed in excitement, rapidly integrating the pure soul origin left by Ross.
