The vampires are quite different from humans when using tactics approach on war. Since vampires have high regeneration rate and immense strength, they often become reckless in their attacks while disregarding their safety.
For vampires humans are not even worthy opponents but rather food that was abundant if life force.
So in that sense while disregarding their safety whatsoever, the first wave of the attack commences as they sent in their low level kin to the frontlines. Likely said, the ghouls which are the lowest form of vampires, ran up towards the base walls, as their claws tried to tear down the wooden walls which seemed fragile in their eyes.
Thankfully despite being a simple wooden wall, the wall itself is strengthened through magic while also having a couple layer of barrier applied on top of it. Due to that, none of the ghouls claws could even leave a claw mark on the wall itself.
Not long after traps were triggered one after another, as the whole area in front of the wall became a battlefield as the ghouls were either blown away like a ragdoll, burned, shocked by lightning, and crush by earthen magic.
However despite all these traps being triggered, none of them were powerful enough to kill the ghouls, as the monster itself soon stood up and returned to wreak havoc on the wall.
In that moment mages on top of the wall begun preparing their magic, as they soon rained down hell on the ghouls down below. Thanks to Rosalyn's command, each shot was worthwhile as they are uniformed without any waste at all.
But the most lethal among them all was Sonia, as she casted shockwave after shockwave which were sharp enough to rip anything it encounter to shreds. Due to this not only were the ghouls ripped to shreds, but even their cores which stored their magic were shattered to shreds by Sonia.
As for Sephiria, she simply hid behind the wall as she can't afford the enemy vampires know her location. After all due to her immense magic power, she alongside Cedric, Wendy, and Ariel were the main targets for the vampire, the other students were simply additionals.
The moment the vampires learned of their location, they would then be able to know where their targets are and solely focus their attack on one point.
With the decimation of the ghouls, the vampires then has no choice but to send out their newborns in order to attack the wall.
Newborns are the type of vampire that are newly turned vampire species, most of them can't can't control their hunger and would always drain their targets of blood and to their hunger, since this Island is devoid of humans, most of their newborns are monsters that have become their prey in were turned into a vampires creatures.
As the newborns begun to attack the wall, a simple spell wasn't enough to deter them, a most of the spells missed their target due to how fast the newborns were moving.
This time as former monsters, each of them has their own ways of climbing up the walls as they tried to reach for the mages and drain their blood. However in this moment, students who are specialized in quick close combat, begun protecting the mages as they cut down the monsters before kicking them off the wall.
At one point, one of the students made a mistake by kicking the monster inside the wall instead of outside the wall, causing panic to occur on the ground.
But despite this newborn regenerating itself and begun I assault inside the wall, it was soon brought down as Shun summoned a new champion after finally using the benefit for having a portion of the champion on his slot being unlocked after absorbing the Aquasphere during the summer vacation.
Since he can now summon the earlier released champion's, he then summoned one particular champion which were mortifying enough to the vampires to be wary off. He summoned Warwick.
After Warwick stabbed the newborn with his claws, he then bit down on I head, before pulling it out and throwing it aside.
After it did that, Shun then ordered Warwick to attack the other newborn outside, making Warwick to be filled with killing intent and used a skill to sense his enemies.
"Blood hunt!!!"
In a single howl like a wolf, Warwick located all the newborn outside the wall and the other vampires hiding among the trees quite a distance from him. With that he then growled before it rushed to climb until the wall.
As for the vampires afar, they were all shocked to hear the howl of a wolf, as they stiffened in alert and wondered whether their blood enemy is nearby.
Taking note that Vampires mortal enemies are the werewolves. The werewolves are mythical creatures often depicted as humans who transform into wolves or wolf-like beings, typically during a full moon. The legend of the werewolf is deeply rooted in folklore across various cultures, with origins tracing back to ancient times. In most tales, werewolves are portrayed as cursed or afflicted individuals, sometimes due to a bite or a hereditary condition. They are often associated with superhuman strength, heightened senses, and a violent, uncontrollable nature when transformed. In popular culture, werewolves frequently appear in literature, movies, and television, sometimes as terrifying monsters and other times as tragic figures struggling with their dual nature.
For some unknown reason the war between two species begun after the vampires tried to hunt werewolves as some sort of sport. From then on, the anger of the werewolves towards the voices are immeasurable, causing a lasting war between two species for a lifetime.
As if confirming their fears, all the vampires were shock with anger the mome t they saw Warwick on top of a wall which closely resembles a werewolf. Thinking that Warwick was one of their mortal enemies, many vampires wanted to rush towards it and rip it apart. However the vampire that was leading them all, held them back with its own aura.
Despite their mortal enemy being infront of them, they can't afford to let their whole force go out into the open and expose their opening to their enemies.
But despite saying that, they never plan to spare the werewolf and especially all the Hu inside the walls who conspired against their enemy.
