The manager explained everything to Author Smith. Author Smith immediately told the manager to follow what the guests wanted. If they wanted to check out and refund, just give it to them. If the guests wanted to cancel the reservation, let them have their way.
The hotel that had trust issues would face bankruptcy. People would not stay there anymore. Author Smith clicked his tongue. He rubbed his temples. He immediately asked his assistant to call Andrew Smith.
First try... No answer... Second try... Still no answer... Finally, on the third try, someone answered it. But it was a female voice. Author Smith snatched the phone from his assistant.
"Who is this?" The female voice sounded hoarse.
"Getting Andrew Smith on the call. Tell him that it is his father calling him." Author Smith stated.
"Oh... Yes... Yes... Wait a moment." The female voice stated.
Then, Author Smith and his assistant could hear that the female tried to wake up Andrew Smith.
