After playing with his children, Davis went to search for Myria.
He wanted to exchange knowledge with her after many months of research and engaged in studies and perhaps some passionate nightly affairs for the next few days. After they were done, they sat on the sofa comfortably, discussing a few matters, even about Ellia's marriage with him, wondering how he should go about it later on.
"For Ellia, I believe your companionship is more important than fanfare. Maybe you should take her away somewhere and go on a journey for a week or two."
"Makes sense." Davis couldn't help but nod, "She has always been this girl who doesn't look at anyone but me. Even the opinions of my parents didn't matter back when we were little because she always listened to me."
Myria smiled lightly, her eyes smitten. "She said you have a strong inclination to be a leader."
